How to Re-Program Your Subconscious to Manifest Your 2013 Wishes with Color Energy

The official start of the new year has begun and most fashionistas are in full swing gearing up for the upcoming year. For some, reviewing last year's resolutions often conjures up deep seeded negative energies. This becomes evident when you stop to look at a specific goal that was set and is still in progress or not in motion at all. I have a challenge for you. What about taking a second look at last year's list to reflect only on the accomplishments you achieved. Reflecting on the unplanned accomplishments that came along the way will automatically...
make you feel good about yourself. Remind yourself how you handled it and what was your action plan that led you to success. Take particular notes of what colors you were wearing or perhaps a specific ensemble that made you feel internally powerful, successful and determined. Your ability to take care of life's challenges will help you define your character blueprint. Allow that "feel good" moment to re-energize  you within and let the things that did not pan out fall by the wayside until the universe responds and gives you a definite lead as to the best time for you to commence once again.

How you start off the year internally will wind up your energy to receive and welcome in the new.

This is especially important if one of your resolutions for 2013 is to use a particular color to achieve a major goal, which is most likely linked to a desired wish.

During the holidays, I was working on several projects. Since most spiritual advisers adhere to the fact that there are no coincidences in life, one particular "project" night changed when I overheard Dr. Wayne Dyer on the TV coming from the next room. The universe obviously had something completely different in store because I had just turned off every possible tech gadget.  As I was about to request for someone to lower the volume, Dr. Dyer began talking about his new book "Wishes Fulfilled."

Although I did not catch the entire show, I do believe I heard the part that was meant for me to listen to. The topic had to do with what you program your mind with during the last five minutes before you go to sleep. I have to admit, I generally go through the never ending laundry list of things that needed to get done, things that must get done the next day and of course, the things that I wish could have gone better.

Dr. Dyer went on to say that since the subconscious mind is suggestive and does not care if you suggest what you want or don't want, it will work out the issues you are currently experiencing in your life as you program it. For instance, do you worry, fear or feel anxious over a specific situation you are facing in your life just before you fall asleep? If the answer is yes, guess what you have just done? You have set forth the same situation, event or circumstance in motion. Here's the good news Dr. Dyer discussed. If you use the last five minutes of the day before you fall into a peaceful slumber and see how you will feel when this situation is solved or your goal is met, you will re-program your subconscious to deliver and  map out the best way to get the result you wish for. Those last five minutes are essential to fulfilling your wishes, creating new circumstances and solving all problems. According to Dr. Dyer, my loose interpretation is that in those last five minutes, manifested miracles as well as fortunate circumstances are created.

Dr. Dyer followed up with a question that perhaps most would speculate over. What if you have done this five minute exercise diligently and nothing occurs, what then? Well, he answered the question with another question. "Does the circumstance that you want to attract feel natural to you?" Think about this for a second. What if your dream is dancing on Broadway, which is a great dream to have and work for. The words working for generally entails an action plan, like taking dance lessons, going to countless auditions, having current photographs, taking part in a showcase, inviting agents, etc. What if you have not taken at least one of those action plan steps? Does the wish feel natural to you now? Do you feel that wishing for a fleet of Broadway producers to show up at your footsteps tomorrow asking you to be the lead dancer feels natural? Although a chance discovery by a renowned producer can happen to you if you are in a high vibrating energy pattern, does it truly feel natural to you that it will happen in that way? And yes, if you are thinking that the "how's" are the domain of the universe, you are right. But it still doesn't excuse us from not taking specific action to show the universe that we are aligning ourselves to this fulfilled dream. Remember, half of the battle is expecting your good to happen and preparing for it even if its no where in sight. And yes, that "little thing" is called faith and belief.

When I first started writing this blog, I had written about specific crystals and stones to work as part of your color energy source and we discussed the metaphysical properties. If you have been meditating with your crystals or stones to attract what you want, have you used the color energy source to re-program your subconscious to speed up the manifestation process? Remember, the more you think about what you want, the increased energy surrounds it into fulfillment. Select a color, stone or wardrobe piece as your "personal-attractor." If this color automatically makes you feel a sense of accomplishment, look at the color before going to bed. Set it down when you are relaxed and visualize the color and your wish fulfilled during your last five minutes before falling asleep. This exercise will begin the process of re-programming your subconscious with this particular color. Be vigilant. Whenever you spot the color throughout the day, whether on TV, reading a magazine or in a storefront window, allow yourself to feel the manifestation of your wish.

According to Dr. Joseph Murphy in his book "Maximize Your Potential Through the Power of Your Subconscious Mind to Create Wealth and Success," he writes "Decide now to engrave in your subconscious mind the idea of wealth. Ideas are conveyed to the subconscious by repetition, faith and expectancy. By repeating a thought pattern or an idea over and over again, it becomes automatic, and your subconscious will be compelled to express wealth."

This exercise will also infuse the color with your desires and your intentions. What this does to your subconscious mind is that without you realizing through repetition, your intention naturally seeps into the color. Whenever you choose to wear it, you automatically set off your intention, leading your re-programmed subconscious to produce the necessary steps to manifest your wish.

So as you sit down to write your new year resolution list, why not add a separate area for creating your "Wishes Fulfilled" plan for 2013. Whether you work with crystals, stones or even a swatch of fabric, when your mind plays havoc with your thoughts before falling asleep, reach for your color energy. Know that it is infused with the power you have sent it. Transfer all of the thoughts that are leading you to feel more angst, more fear, more sadness to the color and release it to the universe as fertilizer. Let the universe do with the sentiments what it needs to do, which is return it to its native nothingness.

For those fashionistas that enjoy working with  "I am _______" affirmations, make sure what you use feels right, fun and truthful. If it doesn't, let go of the practice before it starts feeling negative. Use words that empower you. For instance, if you want your small business to prosper in 2013 or you have been looking for a job for quite some time and it hasn't appeared, make the affirmation feel believable. If you have prepared affirmations that feel unbelievable right now such as, "I am wealthy, I am a millionaire..." than ask yourself another question before you change that opulence producing "I am" affirmation. "Don't you deserve to be prosperous, wealthy and financially free? Don't you deserve to have a thriving business, a great job and whatever wish you desire fulfilled?" You know you deserve that and much more! Believe it, expect it, receive it. I heard a catchy phrase the other day, "You are too blessed to be stressed."

"Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake."
Henry David Thoreau

"If one advances confidently in the direction of one's dreams, and endeavors to live the life which one has imagined, one will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."
Henry David Thoreau

As always, create a prosperous week.
