How to Let Go and Start Your New Beginning with Color Energy

Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.
Maria Robinson

Starting over. (Yikes!) Now there's a statement. It's actually quite a hefty statement depending where you are in life right now. If everything is going great, it most likely is not so troublesome to make a decision about changing your path in life, whether its a career or lifestyle. But what happens when things are not going so great and you are forced by unforeseen circumstances, bad decision-making or even a silly, unintended mistake to start anew? What happens then? For those folks, including myself, starting over can often be perceived in one's mind as the scariest place to be in life. Everything changes and not because you wanted it to, but because it just did. And that, my fellow blog readers, is often the most...
frightening place to be. That elusive and somewhat mysterious yet seductive "unknown."

In previous posts I have written about the importance of being clear of what you truly want before starting your color energy practices. Although reasons such as selecting the right color and its metaphysical properties are definitely at the top of the reasoning list, there is another factor at play. The depth of your resiliency to bounce back. Without that, get ready for a long patch, if not, stretch of stagnant growth, if any at all. This personal refusal of not letting go or just simply wanting life to go back to the way it used to be will keep you on the endless treadmill of life, halting you from experiencing the greatness that lies before you.

So how do we combat these internal feelings that keep us in fear, worry and doubt when we are facing unwanted circumstances? This is especially true when bills are piling up, the new client is not appearing, the new job has not come through, and on top of all that, your meditations and visualizations have not produced the desired results! Answer? Choose a new beginning. Although contrite, it is possibly the hardest thing to do. Choosing a new beginning for yourself will initiate your new ending today. It permits your mind to engage with the authority to decide that today, right now, is the end of your present situation. Anthony Robbins, motivational coach, writes “Your life changes the moment you make a new, congruent, and committed decision.” Whether you label it as your victorious comeback or simplify it as inner resiliency, once you choose that, today becomes your new beginning, even if there is not one prospect in sight, your inner strength will unleash your personal power and your inner spirit will lift up the celestial pen that belongs only to you and begin again to write a new chapter for your life directly to your subconscious.

Take time to sit down and write a "Comeback Action Plan." This will help you to reclaim authority over your life. Instead of letting things just happen, you choose which are the best steps you want to happen. And how does all this apply to color? By selecting the color that has the metaphysical properties that represents the changes you want to happen for your new beginning.

Selecting the Right Color to Represent Your New Beginning.

     As you choose the day, evening or even just taking a mental moment to choose your new beginning, think about implementing a creative way to mark your new start. For instance, if you are unable to make a specific color choice, think of using colors within a rainbow. Metaphysically, rainbow colors represent new beginnings as well as hope and renewal. It initiates special blessings and joy as well as balances out your chakras.
     Use your wardrobe to create the rainbow in your closet. For example, group pieces in specific colors so that every time you open your closet doors, it is in eye's view. It does not matter if you group tops, bottoms,skirts, scarves or ties, its just a matter of grouping the colors to symbolize your new beginning. Every time you choose a color or garment from your grouping, you will consciously impress your subconscious. Here are a few color ideas and their metaphysical properties.

Choose the colors that best represents your new start:
Bright Red: promotes courage;
White: enlightenment, confidence,  Divine intervention and glory, cleansing and purifying your home as well as brings about inner calmness and inner peace;
Apple Green: for healing;
Avocado Green: represents new beginnings;
Blue: hope, friendship and peace of mind;
Burgundy: for wealth and success;
Bright Green: uplifts your spirit;
Burnt Orange: for opportunity;
Caramel: for positive career change;
Chartreuse: for growth, travel and confidence;
Cherry Red: for self love;
Claret: for self determination;
Copper: for business fertility and money goals;
Dark Pink: for gratitude and focused spiritual healing;
Deep Gold: for prosperity;
Fawn Brown: initiates the end of your difficulties;
Deep Pink: for trust;
Electric Blue: for innovation as well as carrying spiritual protection;
Emerald Green: for love, fertility, money, prosperity, wealth and peace of mind;
Orange: for removing inhibitions, promotes your drive and ambition as well as stimulates your endurance and energy;
Light Blue: for hope, faith and forgiveness;
Sunlight Yellow: for happiness, optimism or a lead to a new home;
Violet: for spiritual growth, wisdom and independence as well as relieving insomnia; it also acts as a bridge between the conscious and the subconscious mind.

     Before you group the colors, take a moment and sit down to relax. Muster up the depth of resiliency. This matters. You will need this energy to enable you to dig deep within you. Even if the only strength you have left right now is to take a deep breath, then consciously make a decision that the next time you inhale, it represents your new beginning and the next exhale represents the new ending of your old life and circumstances. I know, it sounds crazy, but do not take this moment lightly if you truly want a new beginning. If your inner conviction is strong enough, that simple breathing gesture will ignite the energy of change that is swirling around you right now to guide your footsteps in the right direction. Energy is swirling you know. If things are not going in the direction you want, then that energy is sending you off course and you need to "listen" to what your life is telling you right now by the events that are happening. For those fashionistas facing dire circumstances, choose to know that you will come out of this and you will triumph. Keep repeating to yourself an uplifting phrase, message or scripture that creates immediate empowerment. Florence Scovel Shinn, which is one of my personal favorite meta-physicians, expresses in her books that you need to select a phrase or affirmation that clicks with you and brings about instant excitement when you hear it. Constant repetition will mark the change for you. For example:

"This is my time. This is my comeback. I am going to comeback out of this stronger, wiser, victorious and better than I have ever been before. Today is my new beginning and I thank my inner Divine Direction to show me the way."

Now I am not saying that if you group your rainbow colors, repeat your affirmations and choose your new beginning that its going to physically manifest within the next 90 seconds. You will have alot of inner homework to do. Actually anyone that wants a new beginning has to do it. (Yuck!) But if you look at it as the chicken soup that your inner soul requires to heal your spirit, then homework, here we come.

Remember, once you achieve your new beginning, you will never forget the moment you chose to comeback. Do not choose for anyone or anything, but because you simply awakened to the fact that you matter enough in this big world to lift yourself up and comeback. A stronger you will  ignite a positive impact  for everyone and everything around you. And about those 90 seconds? Well, your new beginning already manifested itself in the invisible world the very moment you decided to choose you.

"I also remember the moment my life changed, the moment I finally said, ''I've had it! I know I'm much more than I'm demonstrating mentally, emotionally, and physically in my life'.' I made a decision in that moment which was to alter my life forever. I decided to change virtually every aspect of my life. I decided I would never again settle for less than I can be.”   Anthony Robbins

"In the moment, in the twinkling of an eye...for the trumpet shall sound...and we shall be changed."
1 Corinthians 15:52

As always, create a prosperous week.
